This polyurethane varnish consists of two components in a ratio of 10:1; it is a transparent varnish with medium viscosity\/durability and a very short drying time between coats. This product creates an extremely strong layer for Corten steel surfaces that are stored outdoors. It adheres perfectly when applied over\u00a0bz-Cor<\/strong>\u00a0varnish, leaving a smooth and even velvety surface.<\/p>\n

VERY IMPORTANT<\/strong>: Please read the product\u2019s Technical Specifications and Safe Use Instructions to ensure proper use and understanding of how the product should be applied to achieve the desired result while adhering to safety and environmental standards.<\/p>\n

Please ensure that\u00a0bz-COR POLYURETHANE SAT-EX<\/strong>\u00a0varnish is used on\u00a0CORTEN steel<\/strong>\u00a0that is either cold-rolled or hot-rolled and has been sandblasted to remove slag.<\/p>\n

Before using any varnish, it is essential to stop oxidation using\u00a0bp-Cor fixative<\/strong>, leaving the surface to dry for at least\u00a048 hours<\/strong>. Depending on the type of varnish,\u00a0bz-Cor varnish must be applied first<\/strong>, acting as a protective film between the surface (oxidation + fixation) and the selected varnish. In this case,\u00a0always apply bz-COR varnish first, then bz-COR POLYURETHANE SAT-EX<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
